Most health platforms store your data in silos. bionico connects it — integrating your genomic blueprint, blood biomarkers, wearable metrics, and lifestyle into a single, continuously learning model of your biology.

The result is a digital health twin that knows what matters most for your specific genotype, notices when your biology shifts, and surfaces what's worth considering at the right moment — advisory, precise, and grounded in who you actually are at a molecular level.

Genomics, curated + raw

APOE, SLCO1B1, MTHFR, FADS1, FOXO3 and 60+ curated variants, matched on-device against the reference library from your VCF or consumer test file. Streaming import for full raw whole-genome files is on the roadmap, not yet available.

Lab PDFs, auto-parsed

Drop a blood panel PDF. bionico extracts every biomarker, maps it to your health domains, and flags anything outside your target range.

Wearables + Apple Health

bionico reads sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and blood oxygen through Apple Health. WHOOP, Oura and Garmin appear here too, wherever you have enabled that device's own Apple Health sync.

AI coach, grounded in you

Ask anything. The coach answers with your exact values — "your LDL at 3.2 mmol/L" not "your elevated LDL" — across sport, sleep, recovery, nutrition and supplements. Always advisory, never directive.

Grant Apple Health access for sleep, HRV, heart rate, and activity. Drop in lab PDFs (any format), your 23andMe or Ancestry CSV, a WHOOP / Oura / Garmin export, or a full WGS VCF.

bionico cross-references everything into two numbers: Readiness — your battery percentage this morning, deciding how hard to push today — and Vitality — your battery health, the long game. The gap against your own starting baseline shows you beating your starting hand.

Ask the coach anything — it answers from your actual values. Snap a meal photo for a score against your biomarkers, not generic calories. And every Monday, your synthesis letter connects the week — sleep, training, meals, travel — with one piece of current published research chosen for your profile, real citation included.

Sharing only you can start

We never sell or monetise your health data — no third-party analytics, no advertising, ever. Sharing exists only where you initiate it, like handing your doctor an expiring report link you can revoke at any moment.

For physicians

When a patient shares their bionico report with you

bionico members can hand you a clinician report — a private, expiring link with their uploaded lab results, medication list, wearable trends and a genetics summary, formatted for a consultation rather than an app. Nothing to install, no account needed: the link expires on its own, the patient can revoke it at any moment, and they see when it has been opened. The data is patient-collected and advisory — bionico makes no diagnoses; its job is a better-prepared patient and a more concrete conversation.

We are building bionico care: standing, read-only access that your patient grants and revokes, with scoped data, expiry and a full audit trail — followed by an opt-in directory where members find verified physicians by specialty.
